I recently read in the newspaper about co-ed dorm rooms happening in
certain colleges. My first thought was “Are you kidding me”?! Come on! What is up with that? What is happening in this world?!
I am amazed that when a student registers, they have the choice of
choosing if they want to room with a female or male student. That is ridiculous! I am shocked at how people are coming to accept this and thinking that
it’s no big deal. WAKE UP! I don’t care if you’re a girl and your best friend is a guy, hang out with him during the day after class or have dinner
together. You don’t need to live in the same room let alone parade around your room with hardly anything on at all.
Here’s a quote from the article:

generation feels more comfortable walking around in their underwear. I'm not sure that's a good thing."
Of course it’s not a good thing! You can’t tell me that even if you are
good friends with someone of the opposite sex, that there may not be a night when they’ve been at a party, and have had too much to drink. Then, when
they go back to their room, they may be tempted to be together, only to regret it the next day! You can’t tell me that hasn’t happened yet. I’m sure
it has, but we just haven’t heard about it.
This was never heard of back in the 1950’s and with things like this
happening in our world today, it’s no wonder this place is going to hell in a handbasket faster than we know. There is NO way my child will ever be put
in this situation if this is her only choice! I’m sorry, but whoever came up with this idea is an idiot! What ever happened to morals and values?
