A Delaware Tech Story :
As both an alumnus and current faculty
member, I reflect on years past, and I look
to my future. One recurring theme that
continues to surface is Delaware Tech. The
College has been a big part of my past, is
now an important part of my present, and I
expect it to be a major part of my future.
The College has touched my life in many
ways.
Due to the untimely death of my father
during my senior year of high school, my
college options were limited. Delaware Tech
offered the field of study that interested
me and provided a very affordable education.
I entered the Dental Assisting Program in
1980 and received a lot of support and
guidance from one instructor in particular,
Pat Ramone. She was a valuable role model
who encouraged me to pursue further
education in the program.
